If the problem can't be repaired at your location, I can offer to bring your faulty item(s) back to my workshop for detailed repair work. After which, I would deliver your item(s) back to your location, re-connect all cables and test to make sure everything is working as you require.
Otherwise, if you would prefer to bring your faulty item to me at my workshop, please feel welcome - I do appreciate a quick call/txt/e-mail before you drop off to me as I may be out fixing someone else's computer at the time. I started tinkering with computers in my free time and saw their huge potential for productivity and fun. I got a job at a local computer retail/repair store and gained some valuable industry experience. Family and friends would ask me over to fix their computer problems for free. After a few years of this I realised why people would call on me for this work for free... all existing computer services charge a lot of money, even for the simplest things.
I opened my own computer business with a shop-front in Victoria and made it my goal to provide top-quality service at a price everyone can afford. It wasn't long before I had customers flocking in my door. I secured dozens of business and corporate contracts along the way, which took priority over the personal computer repair work. This sometimes created a huge backlog of work, keeping me up into the wee-hours of the night.
In early December I had to close my shop and I was planning on a new life direction. Not because the business was not viable, but because certain people in my personal life ended up putting me into huge debt. I was planning on travelling around Australia to see this great country of ours. But instead, I ended up meeting my current partner and we decided to settle down. After a few years of boredom, we packed up and started travelling North.
